Hamburger Mary's is an "open-air bar and grille for open minded people" where you can count on great food and a fun atmosphere.      Hamburger Mary's Palm Springs is one of 14 nationwide franchise/restaurants, all opened since 1998, with more opening up soon. It was San Francisco in 1972 where two entrepreneurs started a family oriented, affordably priced, restaurant/bar that targeted the growing gay and lesbian community as well as the rest of the community in the Folsom area of San Francisco. The concept grew to encompass approximately 6 restaurants before the current corporate management team took charge of the fledgling chain and reinvigorated the brand. The chain’s new focus is on wholesome fresh food with an exciting visual environment. We offer “home-style” meals, carefully prepared to meet the varied needs of our varied customers      Hamburger Mary's Palm Springs, established fall of 2003, hopes to grow its business by focusing on satisfying one customer at a time.
